Her background spans 19+ years across aerospace, automotive, customer service, accounting, and marketing, giving her a wide view of how businesses work behind the scenes. Her recent work includes building AI-assisted workflows, improving SEO and AEO reporting processes, developing client documentation systems, refining paid media research and reporting, and creating repeatable processes that reduce manual work and improve execution. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, Ashley holds a  BBA in Human Resources Management and Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, along with an Expert Ergonomics and Applied Psychosociology Certification. Her background in business, systems, and human behavior shapes how she approaches both operations and marketing. Outside work, she explores Puerto Rico in search of new places, good food, and the island’s best coffee.
